Mappin and Webb

I have a Mappin and Webb piece that I can't find anything about. I cant even figure out what it was used for. From researching, it looks like the 2 pieces are sauce boats. They are on the small side. I have not been able to find a date. The mark is nothing like I've seen online. It seems minimal. There seems to be some kind of scribbling on it also. I tried searching the Lion that is inscribed but also a bust. Again, not even sure what it was used for to search properly. I've searched condiment caddy, sauce boat holder, cruets, etc. I don't know much about silver, so not sure if its silver plated or not. I would appreciate any help with these questions...
