Please help identify this mark

Hi,
I have never seen a tray like this before and was excited to research it, however have hit a dead end. I believe that it is silverplate. It has a very faint hallmark and is numbered 6316. I found a similar tray that was by Odiot, however this tray is not marked Odiot. I am finding little on that companies marks and it appears that they mostly made silver pieces, not plate. I have included an extra image of the mark that I found that is similar, as the one on this tray is very faint.
Any insight is greatly appreciated.
