I am hoping someone can help me...I have spent quite a while trying to ID this mark.
Photos were taken off of my computer screen at work so I could research at home...I work for an online eCommerce site, please forgive the horrible quality! The first image is the maker's mark, the next is the object, the third photo is one of the engraved portraits on one corner, and the fourth is the engraving in the middle on the bowl.
I thought it may be German because of the Bismarck style helmet, also the first date aligns with Otto Von Bismarck's birthdate.
