Help for identification with Butler Tray

Hello everyone. I have searched to the best of my beginner ability. I have a Butler’s tray that was given to me by my mother in law along with a very large hot water urn. The urn I cannot find any marks. The tray I will upload photos. Any help is appreciated. Oh yeah she told me her family brought them over on the ship with them from Ireland. ( she often told me things that were not true)
