"CEM" I believe it is marked as but I can't find what that is ?

I dug these up during basement cleanout and just trying to find some information on them.
mini goblet or shot glasses in a little case. Three of them have never been unpackaged and brilliant shiny. I see why silver is so pretty.

Eh - silverplate and not very desirable looks like from eBay listing of exact same / very similar set. Not much of a find so I guess I'll be drinking from them at some time. thank you
