Unknown markings-teacup holder

Good day - teacup holder, on handle, I cannot find the markings (not knowing where to look really, and assuming this is silverplate?) I hope I did this image correctly!

ЗіД (ZiD) stands for Завод імені Дзержинського(Dzerzhinsky Plant) in Kiev.
МНЦ stands for медно-никелево-цинковый сплав (copper-nickel-zinc alloy)
