Silvercraft/18%/2360 With Images - Help With I.D.?

Post by tarna »

I think this is marked "Silvercraft" and followed by Hallmarks and then, indecipherable, and, finally, 18% 2360. Can anyone help me understand the markings, hallmarks, and the mark "18% 2360"? I haven't been able to find any information despite some determined searching. Thank you!

Hi,

Your silver-plated jug was manufactured by Farber Brothers of New York.

See: https://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_S2.html

Such numbering usually represents an internal model/batch/order type system.
