Hi,
I'm a little confused with this one, the 'hand-shake - 60G' appears to be that of the Société Française d’Alliage de Métaux - S.F.A.M., see:
https://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_S3.htmlHowever, the 'CM' mark may have a connection with Celeste Moussié, a Parisian goldsmith who also used a 'hand-shake' mark.
Hopefully someone better qualified can advise.
