Wanted: this Dutch silver (plate) spoons' maker and meaning of the mark

Hello,

I bought these cute silver(plated) spoons in Delft, Netherland a few years ago.

As seen in the photo attached, each spoon has 2 initials "D" and "E" and "90".

Could anyone please tell me what they mean ? (Maker and if this is silver plated or silver.)

As for the maker,I assume the maker is Demet from my research, but I'm not sure.
