Knife Andersen Norway 1888-1914 Range

Not finding anything useful on much-older, unhyphenated David Anderson flatwares on the net. We have the 1888-1925 hammer mark, limited by a 1914 inscribed dating on the handle reverse. Left of maker mark is a "15" which should correspond to a gram measure for silverplating process. But wait, could it be an inexplicable 15 Loth mark since I can't locate any platework this early? Norway was comparitively late in switching over to decimal standards, and the closest lot above Sterling is the rare 15. And those inscriptions can be added long after something is produced. I am certainly puffing more smoke than steam on this one.
