Hello, your photo lacks some crispness in the lettering. Is it definitely "JLH"? is the lower lettering "EPC"? If so possibly electroplate on copper. I wondered if the the "H" could be "LTD" in which case James Lodge of Sheffield could be considered. Lets hope you get a few more replies.
