Trying to identify a fork

Hi everyone!

I've tried to identify these marks on this fork for a very long time now and I don't seem get anywhere.
My parents bought it on an auction here in Sweden many years ago and they asked me for help since
the marks are a bit unusal. I appreciate any help or information.
