Siler plate or silver Cream spoon

I am unable to find these marks - except to say they do not appear to be British Dutch or Danish nor do they obviously seem to equate to an American manufacturer. Can anyone help me solve the riddle of these marks - there appears to be a date 1816 in a rectangle as a mark however I have never encountered a date as a stamp . Any information gratefully received
