Trying to identify Silver Cocktail? Shaker

Trying to identify this shaker, I believe it is a cocktail shaker, no other identifying marks on it other then the mark on the bottom, not sure of country of origin- Bamboo etching reminds me of Japanese brush painting but the marking does not appear to be a Japanese character. Would greatly appreciate any suggestions-
