Maker Identification for English Silver Plate Wine Funnel

I’m having difficulty identifying the maker, age of a silver plate wine funnel. The Hallmark is script F “?” &Co A1. Any help is appreciated. I have an image I can post but I’m using my phone to post and I don’t see an option to post it.
