Unknown Origin nor maker

I need some help on the hallmark shown.
It is on a silver gilded napkin ring. No other marks are present but it is tested as +800 silver.
Any help concerning origin and maker is welcome.

Hi,
Without other marks it`s most probably French silverplate square maker`s mark.
Testing silverplate is not reliable unless filed deep enough to reach base metal.Or new methods of electronic testing I am not familiar with.

Agreed; this the silverplate mark of Ravinet d'Enfert.
