Silver plated necklace chain

Hello everyone, I have a necklace chain that looks like silver plated with secure swivel clasp that looks antique and in Art style. It is not surprising that there are not hallmarks however on one link is a writing. What ever it means I can not decipher it. Any ideas would be welcomed. Thank you.
