Large tray with a boat marking

Large heavy silver-plated tray, with an unusual stamp on the back - looks like a sailing boat with three "E" shaped sails. Any ideas - the experts out there?
A nicely moulded heavy border, too. On the rear of the border is stamped ‘136’, and behind each of the four feet ‘103’. Overall about 26" x 14".
