The (lost) Crown Plate Company?

Sterlingflatwarefashions does not show a maker mark for the Crown Plate Company (not the Crown Silver Plate Co.) but does have some patterns shown listed under that name. Here is a spoon with a right leaning mark that definitely reads "CROWN" and seems to be followed by a "P" or "P." plus more letters which are not readable. But notice to the right there is a monogram integral to the handle design reading "CPc". Could this be the Crown Plate Company? Is the pattern known? Would Johnson's Crown Silver Plate of NY actually be this Crown Plate?? Six photos to follow:

Possibly related is this thread for holloware carrying a "Crown Plate" mark: viewtopic.php?f=26&t=51854&p=161514&hilit=crown+toronto#p161514

Crown Silver Plate Toronto is an early 20th century firm. The spoon's handle shape seems more like an 1880's style. There is nothing to say that Toronto Silver Plate Company ever used a Crown name as a subsidiary or line identity. But, looking at all that combined work of heraldic elements, it seems less likely to be U.S. American and more of a Canadian design. Along with the crown, helmet, rampant lion and shield shapes, there is a small Celtic Cross buried in the back. Other than Boston and maybe a few New York neighborhoods, this just doesn't fit in too well for the states. If the cross has any Catholic connotations, might a French Canadian location be more aligned?
