Crossing keys- ?Henry Wilkinson without initials?

Post by Bdel »

Hello,
I inherited these items: a pair of salt cellars with cobalt blue glass liners & one lid. As well as a pair of salt shakers. All 4 have similar stamps underneath, & a lion on the front of the items. I’m having a really difficult time identifying who they could be & what time period. A lot of family antiques we have were acquired 1940-1970, with pieces dating back to the 1890’s. Most were 1910-1950, which makes me suspicious these are from around then.
Can someone try to help me solve this riddle?

Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

Your suspicions were justified, your items are the product of the Victor Obler Company of New York:

They probably date to the 1940's.
