Unusual mark on teaspoons has stumped us - please help!

Post by Danny Diamond »

Good afternoon all.

We have a set of six matching teaspoons which we thought may be French, but having used this site now realise are not! There are three marks, as seen in the images. Left to right they appear to be a fleur des lis, what looks a Viking boat in profile and the (presumably) makers of 'D&S' in a Gothic script. Realise these may be silver plate marks of some kind, so apologies in advance.
