JK & Co or TK & Co Silverplate Unknown Piece Type

Postby hpidaves » Sat Dec 14, 2019 1:31 pm

Hello,
This silverplate piece has a mark of "A" inside a circle, "J" or "T", "K", "&Co", and "ESP". I am also unsure of what the piece type is. It measures 7 1/4" and has an image of either an otter or fish(?) on the front. It has an elongated scoop on one end and a two tine fork on the other.

Any ideas?

Thank you!

Yes, I noticed that too after posting. I was going to try posting again, but the preview also showed them as broken links. I'll keep trying. Can you recommend an image sharing site? Perhaps mine is on the fritz.
Thanks.

Coming through on Pacific Coast-slightly jerky slow loading at first but good now. It's a lobster. That should be pick related. Did not see maker match. The ESP (electro silver plate) may be unusual as marks go.

https://postimages.org (choose 'Share', then copy the 'Hotlink for forums' code) is recommended. Do not use Photobucket or Dropbox.

See "Lobster Pick": https://www.sterlingflatwarefashions.co ... Other.html

This is combination fork/pick and scoop version.

No scoop, just detail (indentation) in handle.
