This 7 7/8" fish(?) knife has a hollow handle with hallmarks on the blade. The far left hallmark appears to show "BB", the next I cannot make out, the next is a crown, and the far right appears to be a sideways "EP" -- electro plate I assume. The knife is very light weight, with very thin metal forming the hollow handle.

I'm curious as to maker and approximate age. The only mark on the handle is a monogram -- a script "Alma".

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, marks like those on your knife blade have been suggested for Sheffield's early 20th century "Baum Brothers". The significant mark seems to be the "shield" like mark next to the "BB". It mimics the mark confidently believed to be that of the father "Maurice Baum" who started the firm in the last quarter of the 19th century. Heres one view anyway.
