Unknown Fruit Strainer?

Not sure of this is silverplate or solid silver. This fruit strainer (?) is 6 3/4" in length. The reverse has several marks at the top handle on the reverse. There is the number "1927", an "N" inside a diamond, and a partial stamp of a circle and writing inside -- "...IN & CO" on top line, "...ALW" on middle line, and "...ASZ" on bottom line.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Maker is apparently Norblin of Warsaw Poland. There is one entry relating to the "WARSZ" mark surfacing and several on Norblin...try the search function for that name.
