Unknown marks on silver plate | lion | flower | crown

Hi everyone,

We picked this piece up at a thrift store and can't figure out anything about the two symbols that are on the back of the platter. Any help is appreciated!!

Picture upload isn't working. But there are two symbols.

1- A flower wearing a three prong crown.
2- A standing lion under some numbers that are worn down, and the letters PK beneath.
