Until a member who reads Arabic sees this, it will be a long road to determine what it all means...silver content, country, etc. The chance of locating actual makers is pretty difficult, and even worse for silverplated wares. I would suggest using the search function looking at Arabic, Farsi, Persian, or specific countries to see if character strings match posted photos.
