Need help for this mark

This is my second object is 7 in. diameter (top) and 4 1/2 in. bottom. Is 7 1/2 in. high. Can somebody help me please? Next to the arrows mark is a square mark split in two with one dot in a side and two dots in the other side.

I believe the crossed arrows mark was used by Creswick & Company, Sheffield, England.

Not sure about the other marks. My guess is the retailers mark.
