Hi new here!! Is this wine bottle coaster Dutch silver?

Hi everyone!! I know nothing about silver (unless it's marked sterling or 925, of course). I've been trying to find these marks and the closest ones I've found are Dutch! On my coaster the marks are on one side and then opposite it's marked 0.14 - does that mean silverplate? Any help or direction at all would be greatly appreciated! (PS - sorry, I haven't cleaned it yet!! ) ImageImage

That mark was used by Elizur G. Webster & Son, New York and Brooklyn, New York. Company sold to International Silver in 1928. Not sure when the mark was used.

Thanks so very much!! I was sooo lost, having no silver or silverplate books! Do you mind if I save the pic of the reference?

You're welcome. That's fine with me if you'd like to save the scan. That drawing of their mark appears in at least four different publications.

Pat.
