Silver Ice Bucket Marked Made in England

Good Evening All,

We purchased an ice bucket/holder, or may be named a champagne bucket that is has a dark patina, We have brought it up somewhat and noticed the stamps on the bottom. I've looked through the site and don't see them. The year date is hard to read and the crown crest didn't match the normal English crown crests. Any help would be appreciated. It is very heavy, and we are unsure if it is silver-plate or full silver. Pictures of the marks and full item are here.

Thank you for any tips!

Hi,
It is silver plated, not solid silver and "BP" stands for BRITANNIA PLATE base metal.
As far as I can tell the maker SW & S has not been identified, and made in England sticker indicates newer production.
