Believe the square mark reads INOX; Inox steel or stainless steel

I read it as "LYON", Peter.

Hi,
Enter AUGIS LYON into search engine.
Augis Jewellers and silver platers from Lyon,32 Rue de la République, since 1830. Many souvenir spoons made by them.
Compare with this mark with full name. ``Double A Lyon`` mark on the right.
