Stag Island by Wm. Rogers Manufacturing

Item is place spoon in Tipped pattern of (Eagle) (Wm. Rogers) (No Star) which apparently became a trademark of International Silver in 1898 through the Rogers Brothers lineage. Any knowledge of which facility on Stag Island used this would be welcome so we can add it to identified commercial crests & logos. Lettering is cursive/script.
