Hi,
Your image with the mark is embedded.
``EPNS`` is for Electro Plated Nickel Silver.
Number 14 is irrelevant.
Cannot recognize figural manufacturer`s marks.
Regards

Thank you for your replies! Someone suggested this teapot might be a "William Adams" of Sheffield piece but there is no "W" in the silver marks.Another suggestion is that EPNS is Electro Plated Non Silver but the "N" in this design is actually an "A" unless that is they made N's that looked like A's ?

Your teapot is not silver so there are no "silver marks". As AG2012 has told you the initials are EPNS for electroplated nickel silver. The typeface is variously described as Gothic or Old English.

There are no regulations for electroplate marking so we expect that manufacturers vary the marks on their wares from time to time. The important device here is the dividers which appears to be unique to William Adams. Another site has a more comprehensive selection of Adams's marks including the mark on your teapot.
