Silverplate tray 4 letters in Shields Hallmark H116

I have a small tray (9 3/8" x 5 5/8") made of I think silverplate. On the bottom, in four shields, are the letters U, J, E and P. Below, in capital letters, is stamped the word "Hallmark". This is followed by "H116". Listed on replacements.com as a "no monogram" Hallmark pattern.
