Italian Hallmark - crown and 2 letter

I am new to this and am having trouble finding any info on this mark.
I have a set of 4 goblets/ dessert cups. On the bottom it says "ITALY" with a crown and two letters that I think are "E" and "L". I have looked at all the European and Italian marks and cannot find this at all. Pictures of the mark and 1 goblet are posted.

Have seen that mark on silverplate pieces by de Uberti.
