Sheffield sun w/ face hallmark - possibly Matthew Boulton?

Hello,
I am hoping someone can help identify this Sheffield silver hallmark. It is a sun/star with face and single dot.
We thought it was Matthew Boulton, however note he used a double sun / star mark.
