Tiffany stamp ID and pattern?

Greetings -
Hoping for some help on identifying the pattern and era of my Tiffany & Co. hot beverage brewer/dispenser. It has what appears to be celluloid handles and has an "S" stamp under the pattern # (7254), "Tiffany & Co." and "Silver Soldered". I have attached three pictures, please let me know if more are necessary. Many thanks - P.
