Help me find this hallmark

Hi, I have a silver teapot but I don't know the hallmark. Also, I'm not sure if this teapot is French.

Hello your coffee pot is French or Belgian but not made of silver it is silverplated and unfortunately has been restored on the spout's rim.
If you look closely at the feet you will see that there a seam which tells you that there was a union between the front and the back of the feet.
The mark has writen: "ornem**/despre***/argente" in french, 10 is the quality of the plating.
Date wise should be around 1880/1890.
