Identification of mark and pattern

Could someone tell me if this is silverplate or silver and identification of the mark and pattern on this spoon. I would really appreciate some help. Thanks, Marilyn

That mark was used by the American Silver Company, Bristol, Connecticut. They were bought out by the International Silver Company. Your spoon is silverplate.
Dorothy Rainwater's book "Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers" has them founded in 1901 and bought by International in 1935. I don't agree with these dates, but that is just my opinion. I have two other books that have American Silver in business in the 1850's. I think International bought them c.1900.
I'm lousy on patterns so I can't help you there. Try searching for your pattern under International Silver.
