Here are the hallmarks and candlesticks. I have tracked down the date marks (1783 and 1788?). Not sure why there are two.... the town mark i am pretty sure is Sheffield, however, im unable to find the exact match. And the first two hallmarks i cant find anywhere.

Any help with the identification of these is immensly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

The marks on your candlesticks are manufacturer's marks, not hallmarks. WB are the initials of William Briggs, a Sheffield manufacturer, and the candlesticks are silver plated, not solid silver. I cannot say whether they are electroplated (a process in which a thin layer of pure silver is electrochemically deposited onto a base metal) or Old Sheffield Plate (OSP) which is composed of a plate of silver fused to a base. To check for OSP find an edge and see if the layers can be seen.
