I recently inherited some silver from my grandmother. This tea set is among some of the things. I am looking for any information anyone can offer so that I can learn more about this piece. Thank you in advance.
I apologize if the images are not the best. The only markings I could find are shown in the images.
Hi, ``Silver on copper`` meaning it`s silver-plated. Looks like one of the marks used by Boardman, Glossop & Co Ltd,Sheffield, Birmingham and London. XX century. See here: http://www.925-1000.com/silverplate_B2.html The mark can be found elsewhere, too. Regards
