Help with French Hallmarks

Hi,
Can anyone help identify these, I think that they are for French silver plate but I am not too sure.

Ercuis, France, is still in business.
http://www.ercuis.com/la-maison-ercuis/ ... vitrine_frOne of the marks (bottom) is in Arabic. Possibly retailed from French North Africa.
