Please help to ID silverplate knife

Hello,
I recently acquired some silverplate handle knives, but they have no markings at all (that I can see). The blades have an unusual shape, though, so I'm hoping that someone can point me in the right direction.
The knife measures 10 inches. The blade is some type of stainless steel (a magnet does not stick to it). The hollow handle is silver plate and is 1/2" thick.
