This tested Sterling but did not cut deep until I know if it of value could not find anything on this mark any help would be great!!

I have moved your post from its original location (Sheffield Hallmarks) as your spoon is electroplated and not even British.

Hi,
Heinrich Rausch Besteckfabrik, Büderich bei DüsseldorfA small cutlery factory was in business before WWII. During the war made war industry related articles. After WWII, production was again recorded.
The advertisement with your ``Barock Dekor`` is from late forties or early fifties.
Number ``90`` indicates the standard of silver plating.Full details are here:
