Help with maker on EPNS

I have two trays both are very heavy. Both marked in script on back (although the script seems a little different on one, but same letter). They are also marked on underside of rim with C. C., any guesses? would really appreciate it. Thank you.

MADE IN WARSAW, POLAND FROM SHEET METAL PROBABLY IMPORTED FROM EITHER FRANCE OR ENGLAND (MORE LIKELY FROM FRANCE) there was a small amount of sheffield and later plate in sheet form exported to poland and also russia. It dated after 1850 and was actually "transitional Plate" when it was the priod of the change over from antique plate to the ELECTROPLATE
