Charles Horner marking?

Please forgive me for posting here. After doing some research on a marking i found on a fireplace tool set i found you guys. Any information you can help me with would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully the picture works. The marking is a C and a H on top of each other in a box. The fireplace set handles look like sword handles. The best i can describe it would be a sun with kind of wing looking things coming out of the side. Any ideas?
