Help identifying hallmark on silver pig figurine

Is anyone able to help me identify the hallmark on the silver pig figurine shown in the attached photo?
The three marks are identical - I believe them to be crowns with the letters 'EM' inside.

Welcome to the forum.
Marks repeated like this are commonly found on pewter.
Many figurines cast in pewter are made in Italy.
