Silver Candy Dish

I have a silver candy dish I do not know if it is silver or plated it has a stamped marking on the bottle ... I'm sorry the picture I'm using is not very clear but I think I can make out most of it ... If I am wrong as far as what initial or word perhaps the marking alone someone will know ... the marking appears to be a Crown at the top under the Crown appears to be like a pillar on the left of the pillar I believe is the initial B on the right of the pillar the initial appears to be a W underneath the pillar I believe IS two words RUE ADIUM OR BRIUM. Is anyone familiar with this marking and if so, could you shed some light as to what I am working with? Thank you!
