Is this a Russian hallmarked spoon?

I am pretty new to silver-searching, but the 90 inside the oval seemed like it could be a zolotniki number... 90 / 96?

I cannot make out whatever symbol that appears to be in the middle... perhaps the spoon was scraped or it rubbed off over time?

But it appears to be a capital B on the left side of the potential hallmark?

Am I getting any of this right?

Full album can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/nuI2f

Thanks for reading,

Thanks for those!

It's definitely a Bruckmann ... what is that symbol supposed to be then? A train?

I appreciate your responses.

Yes,an engine. It`s often described in Germany as `` Lokomotive B / Bruckmann und Söhne`` with plating number, e.g.60, 90
Best wishes
