8" Strawberry Vine Bowl with Branch Handles

Stumped on this one folks, and I apologize advance for the photograph of the markings. Any help would be much appreciated.

Images are too small.All I can tell there is Far east mark, but not enough for any positive identification.

Have re-sized your picture and edited the contrast. Not sure about Far East now. The number on the right could be the indicator of silver thickness seen on French plate. Sharper images would help.
