Hi,

Welcome to the Forum.

To my knowledge the Roger's version of the mark was only used on flatware.

From the USPTO site:

Not the exact mark we see on the flask, but it does show that Rumpp officially used an "R" in a keystone as part of their trademark.

The Pennsylvania Railroad was not alone in using the keystone...many firms employed the "Keystone State" emblem to show where they were based. PRR did employ a keystone without any letters at times, but if letters are present they should be "PRR" or "PC" (for the Pennsylvania Company, parent holding firm for the various corporate entities). Other lines controlled by the firm in earlier times had other marks like a star..it's complicated.
